Discount Tire

Truly a horrible experience at this location. First of all, they scammed me into buying all new tires because the tires I had were discontinued. Then one of the workers tells me to put a nail in the tire to cover it by warranty. Says it will only take 1.5 hours, ends up being 3+. Management should have a conversation with their team about honest practices. Take your business to Les Schwab, at least you won’t get scammed there

Great service. Good energy from the team. The guys in the shop seemed to be motivated and having fun even on an insanely busy Monday. Called to ask a question about the tires I was looking at, was on hold for maybe 2 minutes, received an answer, and was invited in same day. No pushiness or overwhelming upsells. Windshield wipers are a great deal here, though. Discount Tire was much more affordable than Pep Boys. Even with price shopping Walmart, Costco, and local shops. Discount Tire got us OTD with the best deal and we needed four new tires. Grateful!

They are really legit. They are straightforward about what they are willing and not willing to do. With that said, they are ALWAYS incredibly willing to find a solution with customers within their price point. I have been blown away by the customer service, to be perfectly honest. Kai is the only one I’ve worked with here but he is a really helpful worker there and I sing his praises. Thank y’all for being an incredible source for vehicle service around Seattle

Seems they’re now the stereotype for Discount Tire shops. Rims ended up very scratched up. They lost two lugs and replaced them with silver lugs, while I found an additional silver lug in my car. I bring all of my family’s cars here for tire changes and always swore by this location. It’s disappointing to see the guys in the shop get so careless especially considering that some of you seem to be car guys running Konigs. Manager and younger woman who assisted me with great, though.

I just took my car here for a flat repair and rebalance. The service was complimentary, quick, and efficient. Nahom is very friendly and professional! Compared to other tire shops I’ve visited, this place feels much more professional. They use lifts for all the cars, and their service is more detailed and thorough. Highly recommended!
